• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices promptly. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may tell the person who posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned for more information.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the legal process described in the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We may end access for people who are repeatedly found to infringe copyright.
